      Interesting. I tend to agree with Bob on the need to legally protect people that are good at anything else but posting ideas and building reputations within corporations that adhere to the practices promoted by Spigit.

    I love the idea of keeping the ideas anonymous. Not only does this eliminate fear of embarrassment… but it also eliminates the “Halo Effect” which often develops in closed communities.
